"Kirsten has looked after our black lab, Pip, a number of times now and I honestly can’t recommend her enough.

She first had Pip when she was just 10 weeks old—when I was that slightly anxious dog parent not quite ready to let go—but it couldn’t have gone better. Pip had the BEST time, I felt completely reassured the whole way through, and she somehow came back better trained… which felt like a major bonus!

Pip absolutely adores her (the excitement levels say it all), and it’s so obvious how much Kirsten genuinely loves what she does. Her animal handling skills are incredible, and she has this calm, confident way with animals that just puts everyone—dogs and humans—at ease.

She’s also the person I’d go to in a heartbeat if I ever had a question or concern about Pip—so knowledgeable, experienced, and just wonderfully reassuring.

We feel very lucky to have found her—and I suspect Pip would happily move in if given the chance!"

"Cora has boarded with Kirsten a few times, her first was when she was just 6 months old. Cora was a handful as a puppy but Kirsten was unfazed and managed her perfectly for the 2 weeks we were away. Cora gained some great experience with her dogs, the horses and cats which helped with her development and she also had a great time!

Flatcoated Retrievers are very sensitive and do not kennel well so it was perfect that she was in a home environment so she wasn't stressed at all.

We have used Kirsten again and will continue to do in the future."

I cannot recommend Kirsten enough. Our Cavapoo puppy has been attending her training days and has had the best time! It’s been amazing to see his confidence, behaviour and skills improve so much in such a short time. One thing I really appreciated were the video updates throughout the day. It was lovely to see what he had been up to aswell as being super useful to refer back to when continuing training at home. Ozzy also boarded there for a weekend and we honestly couldn’t have felt more reassured. We were sent regular updates and videos of all his adventures, and you could clearly see how happy and settled he was. It genuinely felt like he was being treated as part of the family, which meant so much to us. Thanks again!

Kirsten was absolutely fantastic! She took our extremely fearful puppy and helped her to build confidence and not be so afraid of the road that we live on. She took her in like one of her own dogs, treated her with so much love and bought her back home more disciplined and more at peace with the road/cars. Exactly what we asked for and more! She also took the time to teach us some tricks and skills. We are very grateful to Kirsten and highly recommend her and her wonderful family!!

“Kirsten has taken care of my Whippets and I couldn’t trust her more - she truly gets dogs, even the sensitive ones. It’s always reassuring to know they’re with someone who takes the time to get to know them properly. Highly recommend.”

Nalah has stayed with Kirsten from an early age. A young and exuberant young ridgeback who flourished under Kirsten’s care and expertise.

Kirsten’s calm attitude makes not only the dog feel safe but the dog owner confident to leave their dog in her capable hands.

We continue to send Nalah to Kirsten and know she will have the best time
